Our story

Care is simple. Remembering everything is not.

Loving a pet is rarely one big decision. It is a hundred small ones — morning meals, afternoon walks, evening meds, the next vaccine date, the food that agrees with a sensitive stomach, the friend who wants a playdate next weekend.

Zoí began from that quiet truth. Pet parents already show up with care. What they need is a place where the details stay organized without turning daily life into another chore list. We wanted something warmer than a spreadsheet, clearer than a scattered notes app, and friendlier than a stack of disconnected tools.

So we built Zoí: one home for routines, health, nutrition, reminders, friends, and gentle AI guidance — shaped around the pets you live with, not around a generic checklist.

Zoí should feel friendly without being silly about your pet’s health. Tips and AI help are here to support you — never to replace a veterinarian, and never to treat your data carelessly.

Zoí is the little robot at the heart of the brand — curious, kind, and always surrounded by pets. We chose a mascot because care apps can feel cold when they are only charts and forms. Zoí is a reminder that technology can sit beside affection, not replace it.

In the product, that same spirit shows up as personalized tips, nutrition chat, prescription explanations you can review before saving, and a tone that encourages progress without pressure.

Pet profiles, health documents, and location are personal. We collect what the features you use need — not a pile of extras for advertising.

You stay in control of visibility, walk tracking, notifications, and account deletion. When AI helps with a photo or a question, it is there to assist your judgment, not to make medical decisions for you.

We do not sell your personal information.
Private health records stay in your account — not in public discovery.
Nearby Friends and live location only run when you turn them on.
You can delete your account in Settings, with a clear grace period to restore.
AI outputs are informational — always check with a qualified veterinarian for medical care.
