Pet photos, vaccine cards, home addresses near the park, the fact that your dog takes anxiety meds — this is intimate data wearing a cute face. Affection should never require you to hand the whole story to strangers.
We don’t sell your personal information
Zoí collects what care features need. We do not sell personal information. Sharing happens for the reasons you’d expect: running the service, features you choose (like friends or Nearby Friends), and legal requirements. The full map lives in our Privacy Policy.
Trust is part of care — as essential as food, water, and a soft place to land.
Private vault vs public summary
Health documents stay in your account. Public discovery and share links expose only limited summaries — name, type, photo, general area — not your email, not your private records. You decide what to share, and with whom.
- Nearby Friends live location only publishes when you turn visibility on.
- Walk tracking GPS runs when you explicitly start a session.
- You can delete your account with a 30-day grace period to restore.
Love, with boundaries
The softest products still need hard edges. Zoí’s edge is simple: your pet’s private life stays yours unless you open a door on purpose. That’s how care and privacy share the same home.
